Desi Employer- Right to Represent

Hi,

I have recently joined a Desi Employer and they have started marketing my resume, but they still haven't found me a job. I have only signed a 'Right to Represent' agreement.

If I get a full time opportunity, can I just leave them? Can they do something as I have signed a Right to Represent agreement? Please help.

What does it say in the “Right to Represent” agreement you signed? Does it address leaving them? Generally, if you haven’t actually started working for a client, I don’t see any reason why you can’t leave them if you find a job.

"I understand there are costs involved in marketing and in case if I quit after or middle or training or, If i do not join the client after getting a confirmation, I have to compensate for all the losses due to the utilization of their services. Blah. Blah

They can't do anything with you RTR. You can just leave. They may try to threaten sometimes you but you don't need to care all those. Good luck

No employer have a right to do so. You can tell them that you gonna file a labor complaint. Make sure you have a copy of your approved time sheets
