while applying opt extension , do i have to submit the current employer offer letter or old employer offer latter to uscis. Also can we change two or three employers in opt ?

2. The chances of visa rejection are always higher once you have started OPT. Consular officers think that now you have less ties to your home country now that you are working and will eventually try to get H-1B.

4. You may want to consider if it’s possible to apply for H-1B this year as a back-up option. If you actually complete your course requirements by April 1, you are eligible to apply in the Master’s cap. Also, if you have at least a 4-year Bachelor’s degree, you can apply in the regular cap.
