90 days unemployment period

Hi, I recently got a job offer from xxx company, but my opt 90 days unemployment period was almost over (the last day for my 90 days unemployment period) the day I got a job offer with a start date 13 days later. As soon as I got a offer I contacted my DSO and updated my employment address. Now the question is as I fall in the stem, I wish to extend my opt will there be any problem while I apply for extension. I also did some volunteering tutoring during my unemployment period but updated my volunteering tutoring on the 91 day of my unemployment. What are the consequences to this ??? Help me out !!!

If you obtain a STEM extension, the total allowable unemployment time is 120 days over the entire period. You should be fine. In the meantime, try to obtain proof that you were tutoring (letter from employer/manager/person running the program).
