should I leave usa in OPT?

Hey

I want your guidance under following:

I am in USA on f-1 visa now and I am from India. My mother's sister has filed a petition for my mother ( F-4) . It may open in July, 2015. I am going to graduate in May, 2015. So, should I go to India when file opens as I'll be on OPT? Personally I would like to go to India. So is it fine to go during OPT? what can be the alternative ?

I went through couple of answers but my points are
1. )) if I go to india when file opens then the time I enter USA it will be on my student visa or immigrant visa?
2.)) can I get I-20 of another college I mean I can extend my visa status?
3.) Can I apply for OPT now so that I can get my OPT in MAY. but what if I don't get job when I leave USA and I have only OPT permission?
4.) What if my OPT request is under process when I enter USA?
