Full Time offer from non e-verified company

Hai All,

I got a full-time offer from XXX company. But it is not e-verified. And they told that they are going to enroll this year for e-verify. My question is whether I can work for some months and resign if they dont get the e-verify number. I am on Initial OPT which started on January14th. Is this a safe situation for me to join this company, because they told that they will sponsor H1B for me once they subscribe for e-verify.

after 12 months of OPT if you wish to apply for OPT extension then only e-verified company is required
