Everificatio query

Hi Desi opt my name is xxxx firstly i want to thank for providing a valuable information to every one my question is i have joined in one consultancy XXX and i came to know that my employeer does not have everification presently my opt is not started but in the mean tome i came to know about this my questions
1)Will there be any problem in continuing with this employeer?
2)If there is a problem will it be a problem for H1 or for OPT extension
