Remailing the EAD CArd

Hi,

My EAD card was sent back by USPS to USCIS as undeliverable on 19th of December 2014 due to some address issues, Soon I made a service request on the same day and on jan 3rd 2015 i got the response from the USCIS that they will be remailing my card within 30 days i.e before FEb3rd. its already jan 30thand I didn't receive any update on my case status. I have job with me but couldn't start without that. I am worried whether they gonna send me within the deadline.

You may want to check with the post office to make sure they have your correct address and know that you are living at the address you indicated. Also, what does the online case status say? It may have updated after the card was re-sent.

You should raise expedited service request proving them that you have offer in hand and tell them that its a loss for you and your employer.Tell them that you are losing oppurtunity so that they will consider to expedite the process

Non-Delivery of Employment Authorization Document service request referral to the Service Center will also help

Do track the card whereabouts using USPS tracking number. Same case with me and without changing status on USCIS (flagged as undeliverable), they changed the tracking information. I got my card back after expediting the process.
