Doubts about OPT

Hi

You guys are doing a great job.I appreciate it.I have a few questions.

I have graduated and applied for OPT.What are the chances of rejection and what are the reasons for rejection.?
Will the USCIS disclose the reason if they don't approve OPT?
What do i need to do in order to stay in the status without being deported if the OPT is denied?

Why are you worried about your OPT being denied? Common reasons for denial is the I-20 was signed too long before filing (OPT must be filed within 30 days of I-20 being signed), you were on CPT for one year so your ineligible for OPT, or the OPT was filed too far after graduation.
USCIS must disclose the reason for denial in its Decision notice.
If your OPT gets denied and you want to remain in the U.S., you may have to get admission to a school so you can remain here in F-1 status. You may want to speak to an attorney about other options.
