Travelling during OPT

Hello everyone,

I just graduate this december(2014) and have applied for my EAd card. I have got the receipt for the card and have not yet got the card. I do not have an offer in hand. I would like to know if it is safe for me to fly home.

These are the documents which I have:
1) My OPT I-20 with signature on the third page.
2) EAD card receipt (I do not have the EAD card)
3)Trancript
4)Valid Visa and passport

Is this enoug for me to fly home and enter the country. I am worried because I am flying during an odd time of the year.
