please can any one tell me what should i do.

Hello I have a Question I have applied for OPT extension on March 22 and MY Check of $ 380 is Cashed my USCIS on March 26 but i did not get a letter from USCIS with my receipt number (CASE NUMBER) when i called service center they said my new application is still not in system and as check cashed in they said wait for another 2 weeks. Should i be worried ?
