Hi guys. I am currently awaiting my EAD card, but am not sure whether I would get it in the next week or so. I actually need to go to India to attend something very important. So, if I ask my friends to courier my EAD card to India, and then while coming back if I have my signed OPT I20, EAD card, offer letter, etc will that be ok ?

Your OPT card says not Valid for Re-Entry, check with your university officials!!Comment

You need to have all docs and unexpired ead card. Even if you dont receive your new card but have unexpired ead card while returning its fine.Comment

Yes... You can go to India without any Worries... Ask your friend to mail your EAD card to India so that you can carry it while returning....Comment
