OPT - Overpaid on assistantship for an extra day

Hi,
I recently applied for an OPT. I have a question. My graduate assistantship was to end on 12/31. But, because of the pay period, I got paid on 1/1 too. This is an overpayment and I already talked with the University payroll department to pay them back the salary of 1/1. My question is, Will this cause any issue for my OPT?
