Case cannot be found on the USCIS website even after 62 days

Thanks for the useful information on DesiOpt.

My question: My application for OPT was received on November 5th and routed to Vermont, no updates on the website since then. While checking it says "Your case cannot be found". Any idea what to do? My OPT start date was Jan 5th. Anyone having same issues?
