Can I resign the job as a consultant anytime?

Hi Everyone,

I have a simple question. I am currently working for a consulting firm and my project ended. I am now looking for another position.
1. If I find a fulltime position, can I leave the consultancy immediately anytime without prior notice as I am on bench?
2. Can I leave the consultancy at anytime even If I am working with them on a project?

I would really appreciate your responses.

1. It depends on your contract or employment agreement with the consultancy company. IF there is none, then you can leave them at any time.
