H1B info during OPT period

hello Guys,
i wanted to know some information regarding "H1b".
Presently i am in OPT, i am under consultancy, i want to apply for "h1" now and if my application is picked this year (2015). can i start my h1 period from next 2016,October. rather than this 2015 October, hoping for a reply.

H1B application process for 2015 will start on April 1st 2015. So you cannot apply for h1b now.

1. no you cannot. all approved H1b applications will have a start date of October 1st 2015. If you want it to start in 2016, you will have to start your application process next year in April.

I recommend to apply h1 as it is a lotttery system it needs to be picked .

Use consular process ..
Whit that u have to activate h1 by stamping or new h1 under cap exempt ( using approved h1) ..
U have to very careful what u r doing ..( because if stamping risk or changing job issues )
