opt after second masters

I have completed my masters in December 2014 and enrolled in another masters program in 2015. Both the programs are stem. I wantes to ask since I have not taken cpt or opt in my first masters so am I eligible for opt and stem extension and cpt In my second masters.

You should be eligible for STEM OPT after the second Master’s.

you can apply for opt and stem and you can be on cpt for less than an year to get OPT

I am also having the same question....can someone tell what should I believe because both answers are here. Thanks
