OPT extension application submitted 30 days after new I20 issue

Hello Friends, I am currently on 12 month OPT and it will be expiring on 30th Jan 2015.
I have applied for opt extension and USCIS webportal shows that my case was received on 3rd November. However I noticed that my OPT extension recommendation i20 was issued on 2nd October(not within the 30 day lim9it). My question is, Will my OPT extension application be rejected or denied as my application is not within 30 days of the new i20 issue date ? If it is rejected what are my options. Since I work in an educational institute , I guess my employer can apply for my h1. Should I ask them to apply for my h1 right away or should I way till the result of my OPT application ?

I think they reject right away. Many people had the same issue before

Dont worry if all the remaining documents are correct. Mine was submitted after 36 days. And got approved without any RFE.
