Traveled to India Got new I94 after applying for Stem OPT.

Hi,
Hope all of you are doing great. I really appreciate the work and help you guys are providing to the students in USA. I have something to ask you guys, I have applied for stem opt in Nov as my initial opt is expiring on 14th Feb but due to emergency I traveled to my home country and came back on 10th Dec and now I have different I94 than I applied at the time of stem application. My question now is Do I need to update this to USCIS?
