Can I work after Graduation and before OPT Start Date?

Graduating on 20th May'2013 and OPT starts on 15th July'2013. Am I allowed to work for a company in between these dates i.e. from 21st may to 15th July by any means (like unpaid) and will be continuing there.

No, you cannot work between your graduation and your OPT start date(and if you have received your EAD card) neither on campus or off campus, its illegal.
