Hei all thq for helping us
i recently applied to OPT last month, but i have a small question my first name is XY and last name is Z
but i recently travelled to india when i look at my recent i-94 history my first name is X and last name is Z.
When i asked my school DSO he said it will not be a problem, the name should match as it is in the i-20 they dont mind with the i-94 thing.
so i said okay and applied to the OPT. But i am in a confusion state
@ Really is it not a problem because it will be a mess of time if i get a RFE in this issue its gonna be a long delay
B) How to change my name in the i-94, i live in NEw York , So can any one share the details to whom can i contact
