Full Time or contracting which is better ?

Hi,
Firstly i want to appreciate for your efforts for enlightening you're experience.
I complete my masters and working for a employer A(constancy). Meanwhile I got full time offers from company B.and they are ready to file my h1b for 2015.
I have following questions for you.
1.is it okay to take up full time offer.and let company B file h1b?
2.if at all I didn't get h1b will they be any problems further from company B.
3.or else should I continue with companyA?

see the company profile of B . if you want to stay in one place even thogh salary is not the crateria go with company B

1.Check the rank of your Employer B and read the H1B approval rates and then decide if its good. 2. If you didnt get your H1B selected in the lottery, it doesnt matter you are with Employer A or Employer B. 3.You decide again.
To me consulting is good as they would run your payroll(most of the time) even if you are not in the project.Also you get paid more in consulting than in fulltime and also you can travel to a lot of places if you are in consulting and this is good if you are single. Just an advice.

Check the contract (in case you signed with consultancy) if you plan on moving with company B
