how can I get opt ??

I am doing my masters in computers and information sciences but due to some academic reasons I got suspended for last semester. Now I have been readmitted with in the masters program to complete my last semester but on a new i20 and new visa. I will arrive in December to complete my last semester in Spring 2015. How can i apply for my OPT after completion since I will be on a new visa with new sevis?? Keeping in mind the fact that I have been a student on my previous visa before I was suspended for full one year. Since OPT rule says i have to be student for one academic year and in my case only one semester left is there a way out for me so that I can get OPT??

It is doubtful that you will be eligible for OPT. You should speak with your DSO.

You have to full fill one full acedemic year in the university to get your post completion OPT at this point on the new sevis you have to full fill this if you want post completion OPT and as of now you can take your CPT and can work according to university Norms and regulations on the new sevis . uscis is very clear that you need to have continues one year one of my friend had the same issue and joined in a new collage.so my recommendation is instead of finishing the last semester .join a new course and finish the course for opt Or find an employer and apply h1 easy way
