Is Tibco Developer a good choice in this market??

can anyone please advise if Tibco is good choice for me in this current market?
i got to know it pays good and can you suggest if YES then what are the companies who train on Tibco development or if it is NO then can you please suggest me any good technologies which can fetch me job soon.
