USCIS received my OPT application 1 week after the 30 days of issuing the I20

My I20 was issued on 1st Oct, I posted my application on 18th Oct through USPS Priority mail but it has been in a loop between Dallas and Philadelphia for 12 days due to some manual error in the zip code entered by USPS agent and this reached the USCIS on 7th Nov.
Can any body advise me if this delay could be a reason for rejection?
Is there any way that I can contact USCIS and explain the situation to them?
Please advise

The application must reach USCIS within 30 days of I20 being issued. I suggest you contact your school DSO.

USCIS will send an RFE mostly , you can send an new opt I-20. Try to contact your DSO immediately !

Keep all the proof that it got delayed due to postal error.. Respond with the proof when you get an rfe.

No problem ... I had the same kind of issue ... my application was recieved on the 32nd day of my opt date ... I have my ead card ... don't worry
