Hi DesiOPT,I thank you so much for helping students like me.
I am graduating this December . The thing is i was arrested in the month of June for shoplifting , and was given court date , I hired a attorney went to court after it was done my attorney told that case will be dismissed with in 6 months. And in the same month I traveled my country, returned a month later , but during the POE they took me to verification room and verified for an hour and asked all the details regarding arrest I said what all happened, finally the officer stamped on my passport .
My question is will there be any problem as
1.I am planning to apply for the OPT this month . And during job trials ,
2.for H1b visa and also
3.for my parents visa during visiting graduation ceremony ....
And moreover do I need to take any official letters from the court because I don't have any of them..
