I-9 information is not shared with USCIS. The I-9 does not have to be updated unless your work authorization expires. -

Form I9 Query
Hello DesiOPT,
I have few questions regarding form I9. I filled I9 properly at the time of joining. My questions are
1) Is the Employer supposed to update the I9 information on USCIS website?
2) If yes, what happens if he hasn't updated or late updated the information with USCIS?
3) Does this affect STEM Extension?
