It is a well known technical error which says Alien number changed.
Also don't be panic about second notice.
I think it was also a technical error.
You can call USCIS any time about your case status

I765 Filing Fee Has Been Waived
Guys my I765 application was received on 06/20/2014.
I received the email on 10/24/2014 saying that my "Alien Registration Number has Been Changed".
However, I received the following action today at 10/25/2014.
On June 20, 2014, we received this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION and request that the filing fee be waived. The filing fee has been waived and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. This case is being processed at our Intake Processing Center. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.
I have never applied for a fee waiver. My case status is still in "Initial Review"
1. Can anybody explain me what does this recent action means (I am fearing a denial of my application) ?
2. why would USCIS waive my fee without me applying for it ?
I would really appreciate your input and thoughts.
