Travel on post completion opt before starting employment

Hello Guys,

My post completion OPT started on September 25. I had to travel to India due to some family issues. I am coming back on Nov 9 and I am starting employment on Nov 17th. I have the following documents:

1. valid passport
2. Valid visa
3. Endorsed I-20 and OPT card
4. Offer Letter

I have researched a lot and found that the above mentioned documents are required to reenter if you are on OPT.

I will appreciate if someone traveled outside US like me on OPT before starting employment and can share their experiences on the port of entry. Any help will be appreciated.

I have not started my job yet, so no pay stubs...
