OPT Stem extension "RFE" issued

Hello everyone out here, Need help on the issue below:

when I applied for my opt extension, I forget to send the i-20 signed by my DSO, and realized that later on. So I got my I-20 signed by DSO 2 weeks after I actually filed for stem extension.
Today I got RFE asking my I-20 signed by my DSO 30 days prior filling I-765. I have the I-20 but it was not signed 30 days prior filling i765. Now I am confused and stressed. Any help/ suggestions would be greatly appreciate. Thank you

You need to talk to your DSO. It’s not necessarily the date the DSO signed the I-20 that’s important, but the date the DSO recommended OPT. If the DSO recommended OPT before the application but just forgot to give you a signed I-20, you might be okay. If both were done before the application was filed, your only hope is to withdraw the application and if 30 days still hasn’t passed since the DSO signed, reapply for the EAD card.
