Hi. Can you please answer the question regarding rentry to US.My stem opt is starting from feb 17,2015.Is it safe to return to US with pending stem application if I go to India on 20 nov and return by December 30, 2014. Also ,is it better to apply for stem before I go to India or should I apply after dec 30 as I have opt ending on feb 16,2015 ? Thanks
