OPT STEM Denied- Need Help to File MTR

My OPT STEM has been denied on Sep, 11 2014 due to incorrect EVerify#. I checked with my employer about it and verified the Company ID on the Everify memorandum and it is right as I put earlier on the form. Also, the denial notice says that I have replied via an email on August 12 to the RFE they sent me but I never received any RFE Notice and Kept calling them for Non-delivery of RFE Notice. and Never sent any response to RFE.

So, It leaves me no option but to file the MTR. Is it required to Provide the Brief along with the I-290B for Motion to Reopen ? Does anybody have sample for the brief as I want to make sure I present the scenario in the right words ? Does anybody came across such scenarios ? Can DesiOPT help me find a Immigration Attorney who can help me in this scenario ?

Submitting a brief is not required. However, the brief is the best way for you to explain, in detail, why your application should not have been denied. You should definitely get an attorney. Generally go with u r employer attorney they might know u r situation better than others .. As it is important dont delay or dont neglect act quick let me know if u need help
