Question - OPT STEM EXTENSION

Dear Friends,

I would like to know if any of you or your friends were in this situation. My OPT was approved in Feb, 2014 and joined in a consultancy and was not on project till
September 2014.
Now, I recently moved to another consultancy and this new consultancy guy is going to run pay checks from next week as I got job now. However, I applied my STEM EXTENSION with old consultancy details and it is still in initial review.
So, will there be any RFE for me as I do not have any pay check all these months with first consultancy. I am kind of worried and looking forward for your replies.
Any approvals with such kind of scenario.

RFE depends on case by case. As a heads up u get the required docs from the previous employer mentioning that u worked as a volunteer for them

I did not have similar situation but my opt extension was approved without a single document or paycheck from employer. I just submitted copy of i20 requesting extension, old ead and i94.

If ur not in job for more than 45 days then there is a high probability for RFE or even a rejection , check once with your employer or lawyer
