  • F1 OPT Stamping Documents

I'm going for my F1 Interview currently on OPT. I was curious to hear any experience or advice. Below is the document list I plan to take:
    Passport
    I20, new and old
    Official transcript
    Employment verification from current employer
    EAD card old and stem
    DS160 copy
    Appointment letter
Bank statement - should I take mine or the original sponsors?

Any other documents I should take?

    Thank you

I guess it is full of risk. Go for it if there is no other option. I may have to do the same thing next year. All the best...!!!

Thank you for all your help.

                I will carry paystubs too.

I am going to Canada. I changed my status after coming to the US from L status to F-1 status and so do not have a visa.

thank you for the response here. I will carry my transcript as well as original degree from my master's. I will also take my undergrad degree copy.

I do not have a facebook account and so cannot ping you. Do you know what documents were checked at the interview for your friend? Any specific questions for him? I am a little nervous but I'm preparing myself.

Did you get your F1 OPT filed from India. Could you please share your experience?

                    Thank you.
