I received a RFE on my stem extension on Aug 28 and have been asked to respond with my employment history by November 13th. My regular OPT started on July 1,2013.
July 1 - Nov 8 - I worked under my professor as unpaid volunteer. I have the original letter that I submitted to USCIS and also just a got a letter stating that I worked for him 40 hrs a week and my job description.
Nov 11 - Nov 24 . I went to India before joining a consultancy.
Nov 24 - Mar 7 - I joined a consultancy. I did not go to the client side and I did not receive any pay from them. I have their offer letter which states that I would be working for them.
Mar 23 - Present - I am working in a company full time and I have all the details ( pay stubs, appraisal letter, offer letter everything )
Are these documents enough to send USCIS. The only thing I do not have is a letter stating that I worked for the consultancy during the mentioned time. I asked them about them and they are threatening me either to pay them huge amount of money ( $20k ) or come and work for them. Please help me. I do not know what to do.
