SEVIS ID info

Hi ,

I did finished my H1 6 years Quota and my Green card is initial status .So I applied for change of status to F1 and Got query on F1 .I submitted to F1 Query .

My question is when I applied change of status from H1 to F1 and change of status is pending ,Can please let me know when can I activate SEVIS ID or please let me know the process for activation for SEVIS ID.
