Universities that will provide OPT

I came to US this March under H4.I am a Bachelor degree holder(BTech-IT) with 4.8 years of experience in IT industry.
I want to get a work visa somehow,so I am planning for a MS degree so that I will get OPT within an year.
I currently live in Boston and my question is whether all graduate colleges will provide OPT in an year?
If yes can anyone help me with the Graduate colleges in boston which will provide OPT within an year,also with a reasonable fee(like funding universities or so)?
