Change CPT employer while OPT decision is pending

Hi,
Currently I am on CPT which will end on Dec 21 2014. So in couple of weeks I will apply for OPT with starting date as Dec 22 2014.
With decision pending on OPT can I change my current CPT employer?

Yes you can notify your school if it is similar work you are good to roll

You can change your employer, Once OPT gets approved inform you University about approval of OPT and with new employer details, so that they can update your sevis record & give you OPT i20 with new employer details.

Make sure you get a all the necessary work done from your old employer (e.g. any letters need to be submitted to university from old employer) because his details will be on CPT i20.

If ur school approves u r employer change then yes .. It does not effect u r opt process
