Applying Canadian Tourist Visa on OPT

Hello all,

I am on OPT (no STEM, would be applying for H1 next year). I had 'single entry' Canadian Tourist visa 2 years back (F1 visa). I am thinking to apply for multiple entry visa this time (I have relatives over there who helped me with financial documents, letter of invitation, etc and can help again). I have following questions:
1. Could there be any problem in getting visa being on OPT and no H1 filed yet?
2. Does it depend on your OPT expiration date?
3. Is applying for multiple entry visa safe this time as I already had single entry visa in past? Or should I again go for single entry visa?
