  • Filing for 17 months OPT Extension. What information do I need from previous Employer

Hi Friends, Im an OPT student , I recently changed my Employer and updated the new employer information at the DSO office in my university (for SEVIS). I'm about to apply for a 17 month extension . This requires letters from my employer of my working periods. Do i have to get a letter from my old employer as well ? What sort of information is expected from employer when applying for OPT extension. Because i dont think my EX-Employer is gonna be very co-operative...Please suggest me.. Thanks!

          cool

My F1 visa expires. i am aware that i can stay in US even though my visa expires.
My query is that suppose my OPT gets approved and i also get a job offer, 70-467 exam questions - testking
but i wish to go back to India for few days before i start working. will i be allowed to re-enter based on my OPT and job offer even though my visa has expired? If not then is there something i can do from India to re-enter US? Thank You.
