  • There is no visa sponsorship available for this role

    Hello Everyone,

I got one position , it says "There is no visa sponsorship available for this role; you must be authorized to work in the United States permanently."

I am on F1 status now, will get OPT in 3 months.
so is there anyway that i can sponsor myself? or through consultancy?

    Thanks

Is that mandatory that company we work for should file h1 visa?
Or can i approach consultancy for it?

For example , xyz company offered me job but not sponsorship

So what are the ways that i have to work for xyz company and how to get work permit?

        Thanks

1.IF it says , no sponsorship , then they won't hire you and spend all that money and time on you , getting you up to the speed. Do not waste time on them

            2. You can always approach consultancy

You cannot approach consultancy by yourself with company's knowledge. Because your payroll will be run by company and h1 cannot be filed by consultancy. Unless the company wants to pay consultancy and they pay you it will work

Go for it if you are on CPT.
If you are already graduated, then better NOT to opt for it.
