Hi,
Thanks for helping
My H1 b got approved after a RFE.
But my OPT STEM is in processing.
Should i withdraw my Stem application right now.
Please let me know urgently.

R u in cap gap ?? If So yes you can withdraw your opt stem extension

H1 B and OPT EXT application are independent of each other. In you case, U dont have to bother about it. Be cool

From 1 oct your sevis will expire and you legal status will be adjusted to h1b... no worries good luck...

You need to be on OPT until October 2014. So do NOT withdraw the application.
