I came to US in the Spring 2014(January). I have done more subjects during the summer classes and I am left with only 2 subjects for the Fall semester. So, I am going to complete my graduation by end of Fall 2014. I have doubt regarding OPT.In the OPT eligibility, it is mentioned as minimum of 1 academic year for applying for the OPT. I am not sure regarding, my course completion considered as one academic year(Spring 2014 to End of Fall 2014). Can any advice me on this please..?

Hi right now I am in CPT ( expiration Aug 14th 2014) and working for company as full time. I have applied for OPT in June and Now I have expedited my OPT request. I received a email from USCIS stating "Your case is now under expedited review. You should receive a decision or notice of further action on your Form I-765 within 45 days from the date of this letter." Its been 60 Days and they need 45 more days to process my OPT application. How can I get rid of this hurdle. Is there any one who is in this same situation. Because I need to have my OPT by AUG 15th or else I may loose my JOB.
