Hi all, I am close to the last month of my OPT period, and I am trying to apply for an OPT extension. I just have a few concerns below:
1. My company is not enrolled in E-verify yet. They have some doubts about the program, but the owner is willing to enroll in the program with his another business which hasn't been active for about a year. That way I can keep working for him. Will it have any problem? The work is unpaid at the moment.
2. I've had trouble filling in the employment report form. I've always worked 2 to 3 jobs at the same time but the form only allows me to fill in one job. I don't know if updating a new job would automatically replace the other one. I wondered what I am supposed to do in this situation. My DOS is also not sure.
3. What are my chances of success if I apply with a company enrolled in E-verify but registered in another state? (The company office is here and work here)
