opt applied on may 9th, still pending, anyone else waiting?

Hey Guys,

Hope everyone is doing good.

I applied for initial opt on May 9th and the application went to nebraska service center. Till date, the status is initial review.

1. I was wondering is anyone else who applied before me is waiting?

2. I have read we can raise a service request after 75th day to inquire the status, is this true? I know, the suggested wait time is 90 days, however just curious to know, who all are still waiting and is there any progress.

3. Also, what are the chances of getting rfe at this stage?(I worked full time on cpt, so this concerns me).................


Wish to get my card soon, keeping my fingers crossed........

One of my friend waited for more than 75 days and she got her EAD card last week. Dont worry .. Be patient you will get it.

The same happened to me.I called them and raised a service request on the 76th day.My card was produced within the next 10 days.You should do it too.
If you haven't received an RFE yet,very slim chance that you'll receive it now.So don't worry.

I applied on april 25th! My status changed to card production from initial review after 80 days! call them after 75 days! U will get it! Dont wry!

My status went into Card production on the 90th day. It was at Nebraska setvice center. So just wait for a week or two, you should receive ur card soon. Good luck.

Guys, I called them today and the customer service representive, raised a request for intrim card and also for no notice received for biometrics.... Is this what happend with you guys too?
