what would be my status ?

My OPT started in Feb 2014 and will end in January 2015. I also got a job in feb 2014, which is going to end this month i.e. July 2014.
I recently got married to US citizen and have filed for green card. But what will be my status if i find new job before my green card get approved? Can I work till Jan 2015 based on my EAD card expiration date? Please reply your opinion.

You can still work while you have the ead. When you apply to your green card you get a biometrics appointment, and within 90 days you get your temporary EAD. Basically, no valid EAD, no job.

Hi ther u can get k visa saying you are marrying a citizen and in 90 days u can get your EAD .

You can only work till your EAD care date unless your Green Card case is approved. On OPT, you can switch the employer by informing your DSO. Once your Green card is approved, you should inform your DSO to deactivate you on the SEVIS system. You will no longer need EAD card after getting your Green Card.
