Lack of employment record on SEVIS while on OPT- Need to apply for OPT STEM extension

Hi, i have a question regarding my OPT STEM extension. Below are some points to elaborate the issue

-Phd study program ended on 1/5/2014.
-Post OPT 1/24/2014 - 9/17/2014.
-Employment record updated on SEVIS from 6/24/2014 to present.

From above, it can be seen there is lack of 6 month employment record on SEVIS. However, no out of status occurs, since SEVIS is updated within 60 days after graduation.

I have in hands the recommend I-20 for STEM issued by my DSO and ready to send USCIS. My question is there a potential problem with the given details above? If yes, what to do to avoid RFE or denial for my STEM petition. please advise.

Hi ther , as per given details you have to update your employment details to USCIS through your DSO with in 90 days of opt start date and you have done it bit late and there would be a possibility of RFE and most probably they will ask for your employment records ( like pay slips) and there onwards it depends upon your RFE and how you gone a deal with it !!!!!!!
