Is there any consultancy where a biology degree major can join and work??

I graduated with a degree in biology and now am on OPT. My opt is about to end in about 3 months. Now, I am willing to apply for opt extension, but my international advisor says that I have to find a job related to my degree and the company must be e-verified. The company I am currently working with is not e verified and they are not willing to provide me an offer letter. Please let me know how can I apply for OPT extension.
    Thank you!

You'll have to find a new job (related to your degree) in a company that is e-verified ASAP. The offer letter from your new employer along with your documents is enough to apply for OPT extension.

You can do e verification by your self for your company.

Finding a "new job related to your field of study" is vague for some people. However, to simplify it best, you must provide proof of evidence that your degree is related to the job that you are applying through coursework/background in your degree. For example, you accepted a position as a chemist in an oil and gas company and you are a biology major. Given that you have taken some chemistry and biochemistry classes in your major, and with the help of a lawyer, you provide strong evidence through transcripts/letters/curriculum to support that your degree is related to your major.
