The receipt date of my I765 for OPT is April 10 and it is still under initial review at Nebraska Service Center. I have submitted my offer letter through my university to expedite the process. I know it takes upto 3 months for USCIS to approve. Did anyone whose receipt date is near April 10 2014 have already received the EAD card?

Guys USCIS website clearly says that the normal processing time is 90 days. Usually Texas Service Center has processing time of about 60 days but that does not guarantee that you'll receive the card with this stipulated time. Wait until 90 days. Many a times it is seen that the activity from initial review to Card production happened during the last week prior to 90 day completion

Another option is to call USCIS yourself and tell them that you have a job offer and that you need to request expedite processing. They will ask for a specific reason before accepting your request and you should say that you will suffer "severe financial loss" if your OPT is not approved by a certain date. Here's the expedite criteria: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria (you should mention the first one).
