Best consultancy for training, good placement, better salary package nd high H1b rate

Can you please guide me with a list or ranking of top consultancies in US who have best experienced trainers, high reputation in market, better placement rate, good package, high h1b approval rate, and direct contacts with clients. I want to make sure I do not get into false or liar consultant and regret later so just need your advise on selecting best consultant for jobs on CPT/OPT. [/I]
