EAD Pending Over 90 days - Texas Service Center

1. Is there anyone whose Post OPT/ EAD is pending over 95 days at TSC - usually TSC is faster , am I the only one waiting more than 90 days at Texas Service Center .
2. Does H1 application affect processing time for EAD
3. How soon can I get the card if I expedite now

U can visit any local uscis office with your plea....and I heard they ll hand over the EAD card to you...
